Put simply, Addiction can be defined as a habit, a habit that yearns for reinforcement, where a physical and psychological dependence is built to not just repeat the habit, but to replicate its discovered nirvana.  If we think about it, we indulge ourselves when we feel a “gap” in our lives is missing and we look to substances to fill that gap.
